Great boutique ski hotel with a superb spa. Staff incredibly helpful. Breakfasts - delicious, fresh, great eggs, delicious! Rooms - extremely comfortable, 2 balconies and great views. Staff drop you off and pick you up from the spinale lift. No doubt that all staff do whatever they can to make your stay perfect in every way. Very well furnished hotel, log fire in the lounge. It's a must to stay here if you ski in madonna.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's proximity to the cable car and ski lift, making it easy for us to hit the slopes every day. The room was comfortable and well-designed, with ample storage space for our belongings. The bathroom was spacious and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of skiing. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different dietary preferences. Additionally, the spa facilities were excellent, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.
The noise level at the pool area was occasionally disruptive, detracting from the overall relaxation experience.

The food served was delicious and there were complimentary items that were enjoyed. The location was great because it was close to the city center and had a nice view of the mountains. Another advantage was the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel.
The transfer arranged for us was horrible, we waited so long in the cold and the vehicle was not suitable for the number of people waiting. The hotel vehicle and the bus service were not very efficient in bringing guests to the ski slopes which made the distance somewhat inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the mountains, and I must say it was a truly luxurious experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the cable car and to several cafes. The hotel even had its own ski lift, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes. The rooms were well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and a balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and assisting with car hire and laundry services. The spa and wellness center was heavenly, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent my Christmas at this amazing hotel. the location was perfect, close to the ski lifts and with stunning views of the mountains. the friendly staff made us feel right at home and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the local beers and wines served in the bar. the spa was the perfect place to relax after a long day skiing, and the room was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
Although, we didn't like the limited vegetarian options on the menu, but the staff made some adjustments for us which was kind.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, and the spa section was heavenly after a long day on the slopes. We especially loved the exceptional breakfast with homemade pastries and great coffee. The location was quiet, just outside the centre, but still rather close to everything. We appreciated the transportation on hand to take us to-and-from the mountains, and we even found other excellent restaurants in this city.
Not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the staff always ready to take guests to the ski lifts to close the distance to the slopes. the rooms were well, designed and spacious, with an in, room sauna adding an extra touch of luxury. the service was top, notch, with the staff going out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable and happy. Breakfast was of high standards, and the living room with a fireplace encouraged socializing with other guests.
The hotel may not be ideal for families with many young children who want easy access to the cafes downtown.
